This doll was a Flatsy "clone" made around the same years as the real Flatsy dolls by Ideal. This doll has "made in hong kong" on her back. There is no Ideal logo, as there would be with real Flatsy dolls. Her hair is not as thickly rooted and is a different fiber than real Flatsy dolls. Its much more coarse and wirey, where as real Flatsy dolls have softer hair. Her eyes are somewhat different than official Flatsy dolls, too. The body, however, aside from the difference in markings, is almost identical in shape and the configuration of the fingers. This doll comes wearing the pants and shirt you see in the picture. I have not idea if the pants are her originals or not, but they might be. They fit her will and are kept shut with a small safety pin. The shirt however, looks too modern. It seems to be made of a t-shirt type fabric. I could be wrong though. The sleeves definitely fit very well, so it could possibly be her real outfit.
